Land. Legacy.
Porciones.
A name drawn from the history of the Rio Grande and a tradition of coming together.
Rooted in the Rio Grande.
In 1767, Spanish colonial land grants known as porciones helped shape settlements along the Rio Grande. These long, narrow tracts were organized to give settlers access to the river, connecting families and communities to the land.
The historical idea of porciones became an inspiration for our name: a tribute to the region's roots, intention, and enduring sense of belonging.
Where history is honored,
and legacy is lived.
The symbol of a legacy.
The lion in the Porciones identity is inspired by Spanish heraldry, representing strength, nobility and pride. Together, the name and symbol reflect a commitment to heritage, hospitality and timeless craftsmanship.
At Porciones, heritage is not simply a story on the wall. It lives in the conversations shared, the traditions celebrated and the experience we create together.
